How do people get assigned to their bigs? I see and hear a lot of different things from various chapters. I'm just curious if the littles get a say in who their big is or if their bigs or their pnm director are the ones who decide

In my chapter, the littles pref bigs and then the New Member Educator and Recruitment chair (they know the littles the best) match them up accordingly.

I know in some other chapters both the bigs and littles pref and get matched up that way.
