In my chapter things like good standing, seniority, number of previous littles and desire are taken into account when making the list of bigs. The number of possible bigs is always the same as number of littles. Then we have mixers with just them so they can get to know each other. Both groups rank and include info about what they are looking for in a big/lil, like if they care if there big is younger, how much they expect to go out, etc The Mew member ed team matches them up.
